Most asset-intensive companies in high-risk industries, such as Oil and Gas or Utilities, or low-fault-tolerant industries such as Food and Beverage or Manufacturing, are faced with growing requirements to comply with an increasing number of reliability or performance standards for safety critical equipment, or safety-critical elements (SCEs). Many of them struggle to find cost-effective ways to ensure compliance. Sound familiar?
